Our Three-Tier Discipleship Model

At Christ Bible Church, discipleship is more than a program; it is a shared way of life centered on Jesus. Our three-tier model creates intentional opportunities for every believer to learn God’s Word, build Christ-centered relationships, and seek God through prayer.

As we learn together, fellowship together, and pray together, we grow into mature disciples who know Christ deeply, love one another faithfully, and live on mission in our everyday lives. Through each tier, our desire is to cultivate a devoted church family that is continually being transformed by Christ and helping others follow Him.

Growth Groups

Growth Groups help us grow in our knowledge of God’s Word and learn how to live out its truth. Through biblical teaching, meaningful discussion, and practical application, we build upon what we hear on Sunday mornings and encourage one another toward spiritual maturity. Together, we are becoming disciples whose beliefs, character, and daily lives are shaped by Scripture.

Small Groups

Small Groups are Christ-centered communities where we live out our faith together. Through authentic relationships, meaningful conversations, shared meals, and regular encouragement, we learn to care for one another, bear one another’s burdens, and walk faithfully in God’s truth. Together, we build lasting relationships that help us become mature disciples of Jesus.

Prayer Groups

Prayer Groups create intentional space for us to seek God and respond to His Word together. Through confession, thanksgiving, and intercession, we pray for one another, our church, and the world around us. As we depend upon God in prayer, we ask Him to align our hearts with His will, shape us into the likeness of Christ, and strengthen us to live in faithful obedience.
